We pack and dispatch to your door using the best delivery option.
- Delivery Areas: QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA (excludes WA and Tasmania).
- Pot Sizes: Freight from 200mm up to 45L bags. Orders with 300mm pots or 45L bags require a personalized quote.
- Packing: We use recycled materials and biodegradable moisture retention bag around the pots, ensuring careful packaging. Plants can safely travel for up to 2 weeks with out plant preparation.
- Tracking: A tracking number and link will be provided for shipment tracking within 24 hours of leaving the nursery.
- Dispatch Time: Typically 2-5 working days; preferential dispatch earlier in the week to avoid weekend warehousing.
- Bulk Order Discounts: Email for bulk order discounts, shipping quotes, and garden planning advice.
- Free local delivery in Northern Rivers for orders over $400 (ie. Byron Bay, Ballina & Lismore LGAs).
- Once a month we have a dedicated Bamboo Van Delivery from Northern Rivers to Sydney (NGINA Trade Day) typically mid-month. Contact us to get a quote.
- Large orders, 300mm pots, 45L bags, pallets: (pricing upon request):
- Weekly Northbound to Gold Coast, Brisbane and up to Cairns.
- Twice a week Southbound to Sydney & Melbourne.
- We can fit approx. 80-100 x 200mm pots on a pallet, 25 x 300mm pots and 9 x 45L bags.
